Refund not received after online order cancellation

I recently purchased an order online and cancelled it due to the delayed delivery time. Still yet to receive my full refund after 2 weeks of cancelling the order. The customer service team just keep telling me that they’ve escalated the matter to finance but till this day I have not received my money
