Refund not received

I have returned a product on the Makro poral on the 18 April 2024 and up till today have not been refunded. I called them numerous times, requested a manager to call me back and have not received any call. When querying my refund they say I was refunded, however I send them my bank statements and no money was ever paid into my account nor has my account been refunded. The last call I received I was advised they will send it through to the financial department however no one ever came back to me and the call was closed. Please can I get someone to contact me regarding this.
