Where do i start!

Overall worst online shopping experience of my life.

I ordered 2 simple in stock items, 5 weeks later i receive the items. After 1 week of waiting i phoned and emailed to cancel this order as i went in store to get the items. When the online order finally came i went in store again to Makro Carnival for a refund. The lady said the funds will be in my account in 2 to 5 days. This was a saturday the 20th of January. After 2 weeks of waiting for the funds i called in to find out. I called the online department where i explained my situation, only to be directed to Makro Carnival where i again explained the situation the lady then directed me back to the online department where i had to explain my situation all over. Again and that lady wanted to direct me to Makro Carnival i stopped her and insisted she help me. She then told me she was typing an email to the relevant department and she was copying me in and sending it as an urgent request. This was friday the 2nd of February. I waited till Wednesday the 7th of February and sent an email requesting an urgent response to the online support email address. I then sent a reminder email at the end of the day with no response. This morning i have sent another reminder email with no response. I dont know who is willing to help in that awful place butbi want my money back today. I have paid twice for something i only have one of. This unacceptable service. And even IF this matter gets sorted which i doubt it will. But IF it does. Makro online purchases will never again happen for me. Takealot for the win her. Best service, fast delivery. Makro online cant even respond to emails as fast as Takealot can deliver?.
