REFUND NOT PAID SINCE 26TH AUGUST 2024

Good day after numerous calls and emails over an order i cancelled on the 26th August. Makro then sent me a mail on Sep 16, 2024, 5:57 PM, claiming that "Your refund is being processed Dear ____, Your refund was approved and is being processed. You will receive your refund within the next 2 – 10 working days to the same payment method used when placing your order. You can view the status of your request in your returns history. it is more than 10days now and yet the refund is still not showing on my payflex. i asked proof Makro's proof of repayment, nothing received to-date. i call, and consultants been claiming to escalate the matter
