Refund not paid Makro

After sharing my review on hello peter on 22 August about Makro, they called me on the same day promising that they will allocate my payment and process my refund, its the 26th today, payment is still not allocated to my order and as a result refund has not been processed. The sad part is that i am paying payflex for a purchase order that was not fulfilled by Makro.
