Refund not paid

For a 4th week now I have been waiting for my refund from makro after they sold me a used item ..after my last review here in hello petter on the 2ndof November I was told the payment was made and it will be in my account within 2-5 days today is the 8th day the money is still not in my account. I called this morning the agent by the name of Athi very useless and rude told me payment failed if how I don't know because Monday I was told it will be in my account latest Thursday ,I bought that table on the 10th of October today is the 10 of November Makro even sent me a **** proof of payment,buy they refuse to send my money in my account .I have this company it has cost me so much heartache and frustration because of my 5000 .
