Refund not paid

I bought SLEEMON FURNITURE Metal Bar Stool (Finish Colour - Grey, Knock Down) from Makro on 29 March 2025. It was a set of 2 chairs and only 1 was delivered. I was told that it would take some time for the 2nd chair to be delivered by the supplier so I decided to ask for a refund in the hope that this would be quicker.

I am still waiting for my refund from Makro. I call them weekly to inquire and am told they will forward it to the finance department. The finance department never gives any feedback.

It's frustrating that Makro wants to use the online platform, but they are not on par with Takealot. Learn from Takealot how to handle returns and refunds to customers and most importantly how to communicate.

Their service in this regard is very poor. I am very disappointed.

Makro, please do better.
