Refund not paid by Makro but they collected their item
I bought a bed at Makro 04 February 2025 .they delivered headboard 04 March 2025. As they delivered wrong item I logged a return and refund . They only collected 26 March . I followed about from 26 to date regarding my refund .but still nothing . I need help to get my refund 2 months full waiting form my refund R3899

26 May 2025, 19:25I called everyday ,send emails . I've send all proofs that they collected and I went as far as asking courier guys to send me slip that proves that the item was sent back to Makro . How much I lost on airtime calling Makro only to be kept waiting on call and only one response "we will escalate the matter to finance department" for 2 months .this is unfair on me as a customer .

28 May 2025, 14:27If what you saying was the case , my money could have been paid by now . Because there is no escalation to relevant depart still today nothing is happening. You are not willing to pay my money all you promise is lies .

Makro is ****ming people with this online shopping . They know they will purposely send you wrong item when you order and refuse to refund

02 Jun 2025, 14:06I need to wait another 6 month to a year for my money . Is this helping me that the matter is escalated as it was 2 months ago . It means you team is not working and the are failing to refund people their money while you received your item in March .
