Refund not paid back
On the 17th August 2024. I ordered goods for my charity event on order number MAK***.
Ons the 20th I received an email stating that the hand soap x 5 was cancelled due to no stock and that the refund will take 5- 10 days. Nokuthula escelated this.
Till today I have not received my refund or any real feedback from Makro.
I again ordered online for home use and part of the order was cancelled due to no stock and the refund has been done. But no refund for MAK***.
I am very unhappy about this and will SURELY never use makro online again.
