Refund not paid

The service i have receieved at Makro Strubensvalley is quite appealing and showing after having issues with the Xiamo Box they finally approved my refund on the 24th of September to date i have not received it, I have called and emailed a million times still nothing Neo Motsepe responded asking for order number which was provided nothing called and spoke to the someone in the store at Strubensvalley still nothing I am so mad and angry and will be deleting the app and never visiting the store nx
