Refund not paid 2 months now

I ordered food on the 18th of may and it was cancelled on the 21st of may till today I haven't received my refund but on the makro app it says refund processed not later than the 11th June.customer care not helpful I have been calling n calling no help.and clearly doesn't care about customer service.
