Refund not paid

I had ordered wine which was advertised by the makro website as an online order only.. I did not mind waiting the required period for it and yes payment must be done first. This was done on 24 June 2020. On the 30 June 2020 I received an email to say that the order is cancelled due to the supplier ......which mind you was advertised.....was closed and unable to fulfill the order. Since the 30 June 2020, I have been waiting for my refund. Each time I call I get and email requesting yet again my banking details etc.... I resubmit and call and confirm that the email was received... I wait a few days and call back when no refund was received and get asked for the same information ... Makro being such a big organisation should not ***** peoples money and keep it for so long especially since they could not fulfill their end of the order. Please help someone.
