Refund not paid.

I had a very terrible experience with Makro online.

I waited for full 15 days to receive my refund which they cancelled on the 26 June as they advertise products they don’t even have supply for, Money not reflecting to my account up to this day. Now I’m being told I need to provide evidence that I have not receive my own money - Their systems can’t even check if the money was sent to my card or not no tracking or anything this is very surprising . I now have to share my personal bank statement info before they can investigate. I’m very frustrated.
