Refund not done after supplier ran out of stock

I purchased X2 laptops for my kids on the online platform but then the supplier canceled my order due to them running out of stock. On the online portal it stated that the refund would be done by the 2nd of June. It is now the 11th and there has still not been any funds received. I have been following up via calls, WhatsApp, and email to no joy. They said the refund was done but they kept calling me another name and gave the wrong order number. I told them that I am not the person they think I am, gave the correct order number and still they are unable to figure out what went wrong. I even sent bank statements as proof that no refund was received but they are now flat out just ignoring me and they still have not refunded the money for the 2 laptops. Please contact me urgently as we need the funds back to buy their laptops for school. It is now a month after the initial purchase and my kids are still without their laptops that they need.
