REFUND NOT DONE
I had a cancelled order on the 6th of Jan 2025 and spoke to so many people about the refund that should have been done already, it’s now the 20th and still no refund or proper feedback. Everyone just says it’s been escalated and the refund will be done soon.
THIS IS RIDICULOUS
