Refund not credited

I have not received my refund from Makro item was delivered incomplete I logged a return 4 weeks later it was still not collect I had to spend my money taking it back when I got to the store the that was assisting mentioned that he does see the return I logged but it was closed without the item being collected from me when he phone makro call centre one ***** asked me to hold as she was escalating I was on hold for 20 minutes from there she dropped the line Makro service is poor prior to that I got to the store at 8:30 but the ladies that’s works at return department where all in the back office they kept saying they are coming which was 8:50 without them at their work station Makro is slowly loosing it make sure my refund is processed I don’t want anything to do with yall !!!!! You’re all bunch of idiot!!!
