Refund not being paid by MAKRO to me
#BLACKFRIDAY... Bought a heater at makro online few weeks later it broke down then called them and they came to fetch it and said il get the refund within 48hrs since September 2023 I haven't received the the refund and am still waiting for it.. Every time when I call them they say il get it within 48hrs and they keep telling me different stories like they have escalated the matter to heard office

It is unfortunate that this matter had to come to this after waiting for the whole 2months without getting my money back hence your guys took the heater but I didn't get any refund for it and now you sound just like some of the consultants who have been helping me through out saying that they will take the matter to relevant people but never got anything.m still waiting even now and honestly now m thinking of taking legal action against you guys because you don't want to give back my money
