Refund my undelivered delayed order

If I could give a minus rating I would. Makro wonderboom has the worst horrible service and attitude a store can ever offer. This is the second time where my order is taking ages to be delivered and being taken from pillar to post on the where about of the order

I would like my refund urgently as I don’t need not want the order anymore
