Refund my money back

Bad bad service , placed an order on the 29th of Nov 2024 for collection. Order was confirmed buy collection was not. On the 1 Dec requested a cancellation / refund till today I have not received my money. I have been calling Makro call centre all most everyday they keep putting me on hold. Today I was on a call for 21minutes with Reatile still my issue not resolved.
