Refund monies not cleared by Makro
I purchased items at Makro and ending up returning it and was issued a refund in store. It's been almost a week and the refund has still not come through, meanwhile other merchants have refunded me accordingly in a shorter space of time, during this week. What's going on Makro? Why is it taking you this long to process the transaction?

18 Mar 2021, 09:12Shortly after posting this review, Makro contacted me telephonically. They were disappointed to hear of the issue that I experienced and they immediately started attempting to rectify the situation. I'm happy to state that I have received my refund money.
Makro, please commend your colleague Sivuyile Seyothlilla for his utmost professionalism, perseverance, and communication while attempting to resolve this. It's refreshing to see someone who cares in a country where service is usually non-existent. Big Kudos!
