Refund me NOW, it’s been over 3 months since I placed an order

I placed an online order on the 11/04/2023 for 2 items. 1/2 of the items was delivered. There was a run around from Makro’s side for them to deliver the outstanding item I called the contact Centre countless times with no success until I eventually requested a refund (this was over a month ago). I followed up on the refund and was assured that this would be actioned immediately. I have still not been refunded and keep being sent from pillar to post. I want my refund NOW
