REFUND ME MY MONEY!!!!!!

Makro is trying to **** me and not refund me my money. I placed an order on the 19th, some of he items where not delivered so Makro said they will refund direct into the card that paid. A few days later they decide to refund the money on to my online profile. I used part of the money to buy at Makro and paid as ONLINE CREDIT. Today is the 9th of Feb they still say I have NOT paid my order (ORDER MAK***) .... So where did my money go. I did not receieve the refund in my card as agreed. PLEASE REFUND ME MY MONEY , THE FULL AMOUNT OF R958 (MAK***)... You cant just take people money and keep quiet.
