Refund issues

Hi I place an order at Makro on 25 April 2025 for 3 items received 2 and 1 was cancelled due to out of stock, received an email to say I will be refund within 3 to 10 business days, never got my refund called the call center more than 3 times went to makro online pick up no help. Called in today 08/07/2028 still my metter not bring resloved the agent she shocked but I don't blem her... I have been waiting for my refund now is 3 months makro don't care with customers
