refund issues

Please stop your online marketplace, you dont have team and capability to support online marketplace. your support process is non-existance. logged a return on 14th June. have to do multiple follow-ups for collection to happen, once collection was done on 7th July after many phone calls, now I am waiting for refund. called call center they have no clue if item was collected. if you are not capable to handle online orders then simply stop and sell your products through takealot.
