Refund issue online
I’m truly disappointed with Makro Online I’m waiting for a refund since 25th August and worse customer Service I have ever experienced it just copy and paste responses no one actually owns it. No resolution not ever miss customer we having issue refunding could we purchase credit this to your online account or provide you a gift card which you can use I store. Monday will be a month I’m waiting!

I have reached out on every platform of Makro to get help and all that is airtime and data. Who going to compensate me? ? I have consistently purchased online and in store. I do stokvel with Makro and never thought I would encounter such an issue!

27 Aug 2025, 09:58I truly feel like I am been made fool and taken for granted. Makro Springfield says sorry I log the call there was a technical issue and it been sorted finance will issue refund. To date refund is not issued don’t even know where it will be issued to and furthermore I will have to wait more days for funds to reflect. I do not earn a fantastic salary and do not budget for these things and now I’m left with a huge financial situation! Think I need to escalate to NCC as it more than 30 days and retailer failing me!

I really feel like I’m been taken for a fool!My order was R932.65 then Doritos refunded R38 so order R894.65. You’ll delivered 2 ghost pops +simba totalling R45.45 meaning you’ll owe me R 849,2 however only R655,66 has been refunded.
