Refund issue
I bought things on the 6 of march and didn’t get what I really ordered so I sent them back so that I can get refund they came and fetched the things on the 10 of march and according to their things the process take 14 days so that I could get refund but since march haven’t got anything when I call they just keep saying they escalating the matter to the financial department I should wait 48hours tried emailing still getting the same response should wait 48 hours since from march been getting the same response not evens sure what I should evens do now so that I could get my refund
