REFUND ISSUE

Refund Issue with Makro Experience I ordered an item from Makro on February 28th and cancelled it the same day. However, I've yet to receive my refund despite trying various forms of communication. The refund process has been slow, and I've experienced difficulty in getting in touch with the relevant team. It's now been two months since the cancellation, and I'm still awaiting my refund. I am slowly giving up.
