Refund is impposable with Makro

Have wrote multiple reviews about Makro not wanting to give back my refund after an order that was canceled in Not. Makro responded,however nothing has been done today's,when you call the story/response is still the same "the teamleader is escaling again again to the finance department" MAK***. So sick of Makro,don't have words anymore.
