Refund, I want my money

Makro has the most horrible customer service consultants, service even communication. I bought on like the 9th they beyond out of their SLA. Now when I am canceling my order requesting a full refund of my money back every one just goes silent.. I want a full refund the same way I needed 2 pay immediately for the goods not Recieved don't tell me of wiring 10days for my money back.. I don't want the goods I bought already and takealot delivered as promised next day not false advertising.
