REFUND, I just want my money back

MY REFUND!!!!! All I want is my money, there is no way in hell a person should wait an entire month to get their money back. I've been calling the Makro contact centre for 3 weeks straight and I get told the same thing over and over and over again that my query is being escalated. Hay guys I'm tired.
