Refund horror

I made a purchase from Makro online on 09-01-2025. I initiated a return as the items were incorrect. They were collected on 23-01-2025, the refund was initiated on 30-01-2025 as per email correspondence. Till this day I have not received the refund and I am being taken from pillar to post.
