Refund got lost in the post

I recently ordered a book online on their website. It took 2 days for them to actually reply to the fact that I just spent money on their website. After getting a reply, I was told that they don't have any stock available and it will only be made available in 3 weeks time. So on the first hand, why would you sell something on your website and not have ANY stock in lets be fair, the entire South Africa. I could've walked from Cape Town to Johannesburg in three weeks. As it was a book I needed for my studies I couldn't wait 3 to 4 weeks for the book to arrive. I asked for a refund via email, and one of your kind consultants took me threw the entire process. She then told me on the 31st of January, that it will take 2-7 working days, which I understand... Well its the 12th of February now, and I haven't gotten anything back... not my money, not a phone call, not even an email. I have sent emails back to the consultant that helped me, but it looks like Makro has a lot of people asking for a refunds, because she has been to busy to reply back to me.

Dear Tebogo It has been 24 hours. Not a phone call, not an email, do you guys still use ***eons?? I phoned your helpline yesterday after I posted this comment about your amazing shopping experience... The lady that helped me yesterday on the phone, said, the finance department will contact me today, by 12 o'clock. And I'm praying she meant midday not midnight. I'm just abit confused about how terrible you felt yesterday but clearly nothing is being done. Maybe you can push this to your manager, and possible He/She could help me out. I look forward to your response Marna
