Refund from Makro, still waiting for my funds since 22 July.
Pathetic service. Package was returned the same day it was delivered. Yet my refund has still not received since the 22nd July! Today being the 20th August, I am now advised to wait a further 10 days. This is not acceptable! Do not order online from Makro their service is really terrible and not efficient or reliable. Especially when dealing with a refund.

20 Aug 2024, 14:00After a ten minute call with makro they now advised I must wait 7-14 working days! I am extremely annoyed and will never use makro ever again! Do not use makro online!

Most suppliers refund you immediately or within 3 days of an item being returned. Makro has taken more than a month!
