Refund from makro

I ordered Diamond 28l stove with oven and they delivered Digimark 28l stove with oven.i return the stove to Makro struebenvalley.i was attended by an Indian man who was rude and he couldn't greet me as I was speaking to the lady who was by the door. He told me that they don't keep small appliances in their store .when I retaliate with the same attitude he send me to online offices. When I get the I was assisted by African man who help me so well. But the problem now is I keep on paying payflex while I returned the item. Makro should refund me. they keep on saying "let me escalate the matter to the right department" till today I called I get the same message from consultant
