REFUND!!

On 14 June 2023 I placed two orders on Makro Online, on 19 June I was informed that there is no stock and I will be refunded, it is now 13 July and I still have not received my money, I have spoken to a numbers of agents and emailed them so many times, I either get ignored or I get told the issue has been escalated to the finance department, this is utterly ridiculous that a huge company like Makro gives such pathetic service, I want my money back!!

I am starting to believe that Makro is *****ing peoples money.
