Refund

On the 10th of Oct I bought a center table at makro online after 8days I received the table it was so bad, scratches everywhere looked like something that was second hand, and it was not gloss like they described,,20min after delivery I filled for refund was supposed to be collected that same weekend but it was not them 25th they collected till date I have not received my refund I called yesterday because I have no received any communication since ,I was then told the delay in approving my refund ,,why delay after they ****** me and gave me second hand table for 5000 I want my money back very disappointed by the service I got from Makro as a big establishment like that I didn't expect that from them I will never by anything online to them.
