Refund
I placed an order in August 2024 and some items were cancelled by the service provider, indicating a refund will be received within 10 working days. To this day I havent received same Sent an email in September which was attended to by Palesa Thunzi her response was that they will investigate and revert till this day I'm still waiting.
Dear Makro kindly advise on the status of the regund and when I will get same
