refund

I 'm struggling ever since the month of May 2020 to get my refund from Makro. I have tried all I can to request for my refund but without success. Pease help me , I need that money (R10 000) Makro personnel are no longer responding to my e-mail. I believe Makro is making millions of ands as profit ,but why they are punishing me with my money .
