Refund due to canceled order from Makro (online order)

I bought 3 keter cooler bar at Makro SA online it was on sale for R1299 and then they were out of stock, they canceled 1 and only delivered 2 and they send me an email stating that they will refund for that 1 because they were out of stock but till today I got nothing and this was last year November I called, send emails nothing is happening I even send my bank details still nothing.I thought they will put it on my account but nothing till this day
