Refund Delay
I'm extremely frustrated with Makro regarding my refund for case [#12H73]. I submitted all requested documents on 6 July 2025, but my refund has still not been processed, far exceeding the 7–14 working day policy.
Multiple follow-ups have yielded no updates or explanations. This delay is unacceptable!

Does one have to die before they can get what's rightfully theirs from you guys?
I don't have a fridge yet such a big store is holding my money,this is very stressful I'm not gonna lie. It's depressing.
