REFUND

I made an online purchase on the 24th of May, the system allowed me to buy the item an make payment. We all know the delivery takes 3-5 working days but after two weeks of waiting, i called them to find out if my order has been dispatched, only to find out that the item is in demand and they are going to give me a refund. Followed up again on the 9th of June, they said they have processed my refund... A week, two weeks passed, nothing. Today is the 25th of June and my refund hasn't reflected on my account I even sent them my bank statement to prove that. Their customer care agents put me on hold for over 20 minutes and it was not the first time. I want my money back.
