Refund

I placed an order on December 10 money went off from my account but I did not receive any confirmation the following day I called they asked for my ID and bank statement, during the process they don’t respond or communicate until I went to Makro Alberton when I got there the manager said there is nothing they can do . I am still waiting for my refund for R3300 and no one is assisting I call them everyday and it’s the same old story from their rude call centre agents who claim to not have any managers..
