Refund
l haven't received my refund from Makro R2200. l spoke to Tshepiso Mokhomatha the team leader on the 15th of May and he told me that it will take 7 days. I've sent all the documents but till today l haven't received my money. I cancelled the order due to bad service and of I'm currently Experiencing. @makro this is my money it not like I'm borrowing money from you. I have bills to pay,l want my money or service is pathetic

19 Jun 2025, 19:09I received an email from Emihle they don't have the documents now. I can't email my documents everyday but no action. I have list of ref numbers this is my money. Today's ref it R076Q Emihle is handling the query. Your service is horrible,l called today with my money again,l don't know if they have QA they put me on hold. There's is no turn around time,for such a big company. The previous ref number JSEO,why you keep on generating ref number that you fail to resolve properly. AGAIN THIS IS MY MONEY R2000 IT is LOT ...I cancelled the order in on the 23rd of March ref MAK*** till today there's no refund
