On the 24 August 2024 I bought an 1 x Lg Sxs Instaview Matte Black from Makro online shopping on the App, I had to call an ask about delivery which took 9 working days to be delivered (06 09 2024) finally it was delivered but the fridge has dents in front of it same day I logged a query for return or refund on the App, 7 days after I asked about feedback,no one knows,I spoke to snenhlanhla mangwaza,send a complaint to Makro and spoke to their agent on WhatsApp *** on the 29 sept they finally collected the fridge n was told they're waiting for courier company to take full responsibility, on the 18 of Nov i received a call and invoice showing the will give me a new fridge but guess what even today i haven't received my fridge since August and the online assist from makro woodmead was very rude n he promised to call me back n I'm still waiting, I will never buy from makro again I regret it, I just need my fridge
