Can I please have my money back from December 10 I am calling everyday your useless call centre agents keep on escalate God knows where and I am tired I worked for that money

02 Jan 2026, 13:12There was no order number received money went off from my account but order was not processed I sent my id and bank statement since last year I am still waiting for my money which I must go buy uniform with , last time you responded that you see my details and you will assist with my refund now we are starting from scratch again … Worst service ever when will I get my money back
