Refund

I'm still waiting for feedback as I was told the refund was done but I never received it, can they show me proof of the refund. Item was purchased in January until today nothing . And I went and buy 2 more items now in March which where delivered damaged glass of a blender in pieces. This time I called but still nothing is being done I've lost almost r1200 , 1st item Airfryer for r600 and 2nc items r650 . No one cares even after logong returned on their website showing pictures , sending email , calling no one is getting back to me . What a waiste of my money.
