Refund
I bought two items from them online, when they were delivered I realized its the wrong Items and I went online to return them. I only got the response that an agent will call me and I have been waiting since last week Friday. when I contact them i am being ignored.

08 Feb 2022, 11:25The Item was collected on Friday, now I am being told that I must wait another 14 days for my refund which basically mean I will only get my refund after 28 days because I had to wait 14 days for the items to be collected and now another 14 days for a refund, this is unacceptable. you have your item that was not even opened still in the same packaging it came in.
