Refund but still no payment received

I've had such great experience with buying from Makro. But I did a return a month ago. And still await my refund to be paid back to me. I've in the meantime made another order, which I paid for... I already received the package. WHEN WILL MY MONEY REFLECT INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT? I have phoned last week and according to Makro it was paid in!!!!!
