Refund been waiting for 3.5months

I ordered outside furniture in June, then cancelled it after 2days as I saw it went on sale for R1000 cheaper. So I reordered the sale item. It took 1.5months for them to deliver the furniture, plus waiting the refund on the previous order, when they eventually refunded me after 2months, they refunded me the wrong order not sure why because I spoke to them and have a million ref numbers to the order I was trying to get my refund from. I'm still waiting for them to refund me the outstanding R1000 with no luck and I just keep getting a message saying finance team is on it and it's esculated to priority....I send emails and fb MSG's twice a week, it's now mid September still trying to get this sorted :( it's very stressful to wait for refunds this long with no response, no one calling me back, zero emails only response I gets is a Facebook reply.
