Refund

Placed an order for a vase and Sea-band on 17 May, of which I only received the vase only after a couple of emails. I had to enquire again on the Sea-bands and on 10th of June i was told they don't have stock and the order is now canceled. Awaiting the refund to date, no communication is made as per usual. I have lost almost my refund amount calling the customer service.
